Are the people involved in the disciplinary hearing daytime workers whose working time ends around 5 or 5.30pm? It appears this may be the case as the time is very late in the day but has accommodated 10.5 hours after your shift has ended.

Have you asked whether any provision will be made to you for the fact you are being asked to attend this meeting when your are off work whereas a day time worker would have had such a hearing heard in their normal day time working hours.

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.

Your thread title says Tribunal but I I assume this is an internal hearing. Will you be accompanied by a union rep or work colleague? What are their working hours?
