  • Hearing against multinational company on 12th March, Someone kind, please help

Since I couldn't send documents to court hearing 28 days before the day of hearing, now whatever document I am sending, tribunal says if Respondent doesn't agree to add these documents in core bundle, I would have to submit these documents as secondary bundle, would this mean these documents would have less weigh on over all case. Should I ask for extension on hearing?
I can share more data if anyone is interested in helping, please.

Thank you for taking time to read.

Hello, if the Tribunal allows the documents to be used they'll have just as much credibility as any other document the bundle. Why were you unable to send the documents?

What reason has the respondent given for not including them in the final hearing bundle?

Are they documents that will be referred to in the course of the hearing or in your witness statement, to prove your claim?

If you are going to create a separate bundle this needs to be indexed and paginated sent electronically to both the Tribunal and the respondent prior the hearing. You will also need to provide as many hard copy bundles as are required under the case management orders.

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
