I wish to leave a driving instructor franchise. I’ve given my notice, its 3 months.
Thing is, im not getting enough business and I just want out.
Im willing to pay all remaining franchise fees, but the contract has a bit in it saying I can’t operate as driving instructor during the term.
im playing nice,ive offered all the money, he just wants to keep me there earning very little, certainly not enough to pay my bills and keep paying his weekly franchise till it runs out,
any ideas on how to get out of this?
