I made a claim to an employment Tribunal using their online service. I filled out the ET1 form and they have accepted my claim i done this on the 19th of December. I have been waiting for response from employer ET3 since then. I thought they must respond within 27 days? This is a large company.

They actually have 28 days to respond.
However this will depend on when the Tribunal actually sent it to them. Depending on which Tribunal you filed it with some are more back logged than others with their admin.
I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.
I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.

Hi ULA, I have a related question. I submitted my ET1, the employer responded, and it's now been a month since that but I have received no communication regarding their ET3. The Response section in my Citizen Hub ET portal says "Response from the respondent (ET3) Waiting for Tribunal". What does this mean, when can I expect to receive a copy of the ET3, and who can I contact to enquire about this? Thank you!Originally posted by ULA View PostThey actually have 28 days to respond.
