Just as a side note, my company have finally (after nearly 3 months of pushing!) given me copies of my conflict of interest declarations.

The questions have been redacted, it is just a dump of answers under column titles and they seem to have lost several years of declaration, however the ones present seem to include a full declaration of my business interests, including the most recent.

I intend to raised a question about the missing questions and safekeeping of information relating to my financial interests, declarations of criminal past (not that I have), and other personal info. I do find it curious they will make a case to sack me for not filling it in correctly, but seem unable to safely store it for recall.

        You get them unfortunately

Right bit of an update, I appreciate the words of advice and i know some kind of feedback is likely to be valued - the process is ongoing. I responded to their allegations formally, though my employer missed their own disciplinary response deadline for providing me information I had requested to support my case. Thigns such as the questions of my conflict of interest forms have not been provided. It seems really strange to try and respond to stuff without a clear view of what you're responding to, and a lot og my responses have been along the lines of 'can you please give me a specific example of how this allegation relates to me'

It took them a week to respond to my submission and acknowledge receipt (due to my condition I opted to provide a response in writing), they also confirmed they would consider my information request in their decision, though they weren't clear whether the information would actually be provided to me.

I have sent a follow up asking for the information to be provided anyway if possible, noting the fact that the deadline for defending myself had passed - and that just considering I had raised the request was not itself really of much value - even though it is too late to be included in the disciplinary response, I have followed this up with a chaser - but both of these have been ignored/unacknowledged.

It's nearing a fortnight since I submitted my disciplinary response, my employer is not acknowledging my information requests and that is where we are currently.

Do you know if they have actually held the disciplinary meeting for which you submitted your written response?

          If so when was it?

I do not, when they originally invited me to submit my responses in writing they did invite me to a hearing two days later, however the disciplinary was extended (at my request) as whilst my employer failed to provide information, I did find further information buried within the appendices that I'd not seen so I asked for time to consider it in my written responses.

They approved this and pushed the deadline for the written response back a week but did not re-invite for a hearing

I did question the invite for a hearing, because in the email inviting me to the hearing they described it in different ways:

            - in the opening they saifd it was a disciplinary hearing
            - in the agenda they described it as a capability hearing
            - in the end of the email, they described the purpiose of the meeting to confirm as to 'whether disciplinary action should be taken'

My solicitor couldn't make any sense of what this meant so we asked for clarification and they said it was a disciplinary hearing.

I wonder whether sending an email asking:

              1. Whether the disciplinary hearing has taken place?
              2. If so when did it take place?
              3. If it has taken place when will you hear the outcome?
              4. If it has not taken place when has it been scheduled for and when will you be told the outcome?

Yeah I'll send a chaser, I'll give them today though - they did acknowledge me after the date to say theyt'd received my email and an outcome would come shortly, it took them a week to send that, and we're a week from that (it was responding to that where I chased for the information request)

I mean to me, in my abscence of legal knowledge, I don't think simply promising to consider my information request as part of the disciplinary outcome is the same as fulfilling it. The whole point of the info request was to be able to reference things that were important and I highlighted that, but I also did say that if they insisted on not letting me have the info for the disciplinary, I still would like the information anyway. (In the meantime have already instructed my solicitor to raise the case with ACAS to start early concill). I am prepared to go as far as this can go.

Personally i think the legal team are telling the disciplinary manager to go no comment.
