    TUPE and loss of Directorship

    I am a Director of one company in a group. It has been proposed that all of the companies will be absorbed up into the parent company and all employees will be TUPE'd across. One issue is that myself and another Director will lose our Director positions in the subsidiary and will not be made Directors of the parent company. Should there be any compensation for the loss of position?

          Are the main terms of your employment contract or service agreement being changed other than the removal of your directorship such as benefits, salary, hours of work etc?

            All other terms would remain the same.
