My teenage daughter, who is not a student, is currently doing an unpaid internship for a small fashion company. She is working 10 to 12 hours per day, five days per week. To me this seems exploitative. What is the legality of this. Not that I want to sue anyone, I would just like to give my daughter the facts, as she seems to think it's normal within the industry to be treated this way and something everyone who wants to get into fashion has to do.

You say your daughter is a teenager how old is she?
Is this being done as work experience?
Has she been promised a contraccontr.futire work?
