    Sales Leaderboards

    Hi All - is my employer allowed to have a sales leaderboard that is distributed to the whole company which has a list of the entire sales force along with how they are performing against their individual targets? (Shown as percentage vs target)

    Wouldn’t this have some potential data protection issues?

    I don't think the DPA would apply to the scenario you state.

    No doubt that happens in every company where sales is a 'driver' for the business.

    Contact the ICO, they'll have a 'definitive' answer for you.
