Yes to each question. Explain your position to the other party/their representative and seek to agree a suitable arrangement.

I suggest you contact the respondent tomorrow to confirm when they will be ready to exchange and pointing out that the latest date is 22 April.

You can upload the folders to any one of OneDrive, Dropbox We Tranafer and send them a link.

I am not sure why you have created a bundle over 6 folders. The bundle needs to be one complete document indexed in chronological order. Which means if it is too large to send on one email then you will need to use one of the mechanisms I have set out in my post #4. It is very easy to set up a Dropbox account.

Also I am aware you have another thread running relating to this ET claim. Please to the assistance of those advising can you use this as your thread for any ongoing questions related to your ET claim. Make is much easier for those of us advising to review everything on one thread, many thanks.

We are not doing the bundle the respondent is doing that we are just exchanging documents which I have organised, for them. Apologies I will just use this thread now.

If you are just creating your disclosure bundle and not the main hearing bundle, then if you are not wanting to deal with this as I have suggested then send a number of emails in quick succession. Make sure you send them in the correct order and in the first email confirm how many further emails will be coming and then make is very clear which number each subsequent email is.

We have also noticed from the reconvened disciplinary hearing, that none of the statements are signed or dated. Does that matter?

They should have been signed and dated at the time. I presume these were provided at the tine of the disciplinary hearing did you raise this at the time?

No we didn’t as we were completely thrown by the whole process, it has been a massive learning curve for us, we just feel like we’re getting there now. Thank you for responding.

Dealing with an internal process and now an ET claim is stressful.

Hopefully we can provide you with some support and advice as you go through this.

Thank you, we are getting to grips with it now and have so much evidence that was omitted from the disciplinary proceedings. There is some documents we would like which were not supplied from the SAR we did, if we do not receive them tomorrow can we ask for them? Thank you for your help

You can certainly as for them if they are not provided by the respondent as part of their disclosures.
