Hi.
Just wondering if anyone would know whether there would be an issue with the following
I was working for a sales organization supporting a specific customer. I was made redundant and the customer was highly interested in me applying for a position with them. I have done so by applying for this position but have not had an interview with them yet
In addition to this i have also been applying for other sales roles which fit my current role type.
If i am successful in the sales role, the sales organization I am applying to will already have made traction into the customer and no doubt will want me to continue to sell to that customer their products and services.
My question is would there be any legal issues with them / me selling to that customer should i decide not to join them but the sales organization instead?
