Agenda for preliminary hearing to be completed.
Enclosed is a document (“Agenda”) that asks you to answer various questions in
connection with your claim in advance of the preliminary hearing. You should
complete the Agenda and send a copy to the respondent(s) and to the Tribunal office
(by email if possible). This should be done by 27 March 2024.

        Acas
A copy of the claim has been sent to the Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration Service
(Acas), whose services are confidential and free. You should be contacted by an
        Acas Conciliation Officer

If you only submitted your ET1 earlier in the week, then there has been not time to submit this to the respondent and give them 28 days to complete and submit there ET3 defence. This does surprise me as usually a Preliminary Hearing (PH) is not normally set until such times as both parties have submitted their ET documents.

My advise would be to start ensuring your complete the case agenda in time for its submission towards end of March.

If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
