  • Unpaid pension if company goes into liquidation

    Hello,

Anyone knows what are my options if my company goes into liquidation having missed quite a few of my work pension contributions, both company's payments and mines (after reducing from my salary)?

Also, does it make sense for me to contact the Pension Ombudsman if the Pension Regulator is already involved?

Please any guidance would be much appreciated.

    Many thanks

I was with a company that went bust a good few years ago, the pension scheme was then administered by Financial Assistant Service. My pension was and is still paid by them. Look them up on google and see if you are covered/
