(1) This is genuine question and has just happened to you. In which case you need to give us a lot more information. Impossible to answer on what you have told us.
(2) You are a spammer setting up for another spammer to post a link to some dodgy site.

The company still exists; I expect that its premises have been destroyed. Check with the company directors. Hopefully the company has suitable insurance.Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
