In Prince Harry's legal case the Judge said he had no evidence, then asked Prince Harry's team to give him their best two examples of particular evidence to support their case. I know this case is different from an Employment Tribunal, but can an ET Judge make a similar request for evidence from respondent/claimant if by closing statements there is no evidence to support their case?

It is for the parties to decide what evidence they wish to bring to support their case.
