    I finished a six months probationary period in jan this year. My boss and i had the review meeting in feb.
    they haven’t actually paid any of this yet and have only just told me what the increase would be
    my boss is saying the increase will apply from march
    i said it should apply from the end of probation
    to
    complicate matters I am leaving the company at the end of this week

    thanks for any help

    If you are leaving, then probably you should be thankful for anything extra that you do get.

    Was the pay increase put in writing?

      Yes it was in writing.

      not sure I should be grateful.? The pay rise was due in feb as of June I hadn’t received it

        If you have it in writing, then you may well be able to take action to enforce the written terms.

        My comment about being thankful for anything you get assumed that you had nothing written.
