    Employment question

    I wanted to know if someone could answer the following

    Is a contract of employment with a public body (local government ) classified as public or private law ?

    If you requested the local government employent board to review a dismissal and they decided not to do this , do their actions fall under public or private law ?

    Are there any cases where employment v government have used public law ?
