Mistakes on ET1 Form - Resending Claim

    So by sending in your original ET1 and then two further applications to amend, this will have caused confusion at the Tribunal and you clearly did not take notice of my advice in post #9

    "Can I just advise that as you move through this process you make sure that you cover everything in respect of your claim as and when required to do so. Given that the Tribunal is in backlog it makes it very difficult if all information is not provided at the required time."

    I would hope and you can argue, if it becomes an issue, that the second application was in time and it was merely the fact that the Tribunal were confirming which of the two further applications to use going forward that caused a time delay, therefore this was an administrative process on the part of the Tribunal rather than any claim being out of time in its submission.
