  • Final written warning

Hi, looking for some advice, I work for the NHS and have recently been verbally issued with a final written warning for 18 months, it’s been 20 days since I was informed of the decision and still haven’t received a copy of the written warning. The process itself was long and stressful and the process from start to finish took 8 weeks. Should I have received this by now and also how long do you get to appeal?

    you need to contact HR.

It ought to go without saying that written warnings should be given in writing.
