Hi, first time poster and my apologies if this has been asked before. My company is located in Chicago IL and I live in Southern California. My company gives you your PTO up front and has a use it lose it policy for each year. My question is, since I live in California, am I supposed to be paid out my remaining PTO amount at the end of each year or can they enforce the use it or lose it even being a California resident? (I believe CA requires pay out each year?) Thank you for any insight!
