Applying for job with spent conditional caution

Hi

I was isswad with conditional caution for theft caution was Dec2020 and paid all money back 2021 I'm wanting to apply for new job which will have a dbs check. Is it not worth applying if caution is on dbs -

A conditional caution will show up on a basic DBS check. A caution will remain on your check for 6 years as an adult, 2 years for under 18s.

Have you thought of at least telling your potential new employer that you have a conditional caution in advance if them finding out when they carry out the DBS check?
