My employment contract say that if I meet targets I get a percentage bonus. This is online sales. I can not achieve these bonuses because the company keep putting the websites I sell on on holiday mode and want me to work elsewhere in the business saying that staffing is short. To that end I am looking for another job. Is my employer allowed to do this?

Following on from dslippy I have some questions:
1. Is the bonus scheme included as part of your contract of employment? If so, please post up the clause OR
2. Does your contract refer to a bonus scheme being in place and then there is a separate document regarding how the bonus is paid?
3. How long have you been employed there?
What I am trying to find out is whether your bonus is contractual or non-contractual.
