    Pro bono oppourtunity!!

    Is anyone looking for experience in employment law and would like to provide legal advice or representation in an employment tribunal for a lay person who is low income and has several difficulties in life? This would be for a tribunal hearing up coming hearing on 23rd Janurary 2023. Looking for a positive and fresh minded individual ready to take on a complex, potentially landmark case!!

    Hi rover234 the LegalBeagles forum provides free legal advice via our volunteer community and some of the individuals we help are going through employment tribunal claims.

    We can provide advice however it would not be in the capacity as the "on record with the Tribunal" legal representative, the claimant would remain the litigant in person.

    If you are looking for in-person representation at the hearing then you would be best approaching law firms that undertake pro-bono work as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility policy. There are also some direct access barrister chambers that may consider it, depending on how landmark a case it is likely to be.
