Does an et judge have to test the evidence?

Not received written reasons yet. Using the notes taken by barrister assistant when judge gave reasons.

All the evidence was presented at tribunal. I am told a judge can use the evidence to make findings of fact. In this et all the findings of fact were in favour of employer. The thing that now stands out are the findings of fact the judge didnt make, employer stated they complied with employment law at all times but their evidence showed they had not, so theres no way the judge could find as fact that employer complied with employment law, and the same thing with employer complying with their own rules. Wish this was spotted sooner!
