I have submitted my ET1 on the grounds I made protected disclosures and then detrimentally treated after. How nasty are the ET3s in return. I have no disciplinary record or any PDPS that say I wasn't a good employee. Any advice

I have worked there 24 years and 20 years as a senior. We got a new team lead and the care of patients became abysmal. I addressed the issues many times until I eventually put it all in an email. They then wouldn't support my PHD citing lack of leadership for writing the email( not that I had spoke up about bad patient care)
Ultimately I spoke up about patient care and was denied training opportunities and support for my PHD

I presume you are still employed there?
Had they already given an indication either verbally or in writing that they would support your PHD prior to your sending the email?
By submitting an ET1 you have started a legal process against this employer. The ET3 should be a factual defence/Grounds of Resistance of your claim, if they make allegations about your conduct/behaviour then they will need to be able to substantiate this and then you will have the opportunity to refute these via disclosure and your Witness Statement (WS).If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com
I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.
I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.

You say that PHD support is "usually pushed and encouraged from senior management" did they do this with you prior to the email you sent and then it "all fell away" after the email.
I am trying to establish what evidence you have for your claim in that the email led to you not being offered the support that had been there previously for you undertaking a PHD.
Do you know when your employer received notification of your ET1 as they will have 28 days to complete the ET3 and provide any Grounds of Resistance (GoR) if they are going to defend the claim? If they submit the ET3 and GoR this will be sent to you by the Tribunal so you will have a clear understanding of how they are going to defend the claim.

I think at this stage it will be best to wait until you get the ET3 and GoR back from your employer to see how they will be defending your claim.
