    If we are working away from home but only work 8 till 2 do we still get full days salary

    Sorry will need a bit more information.

    What do you mean "working away form home"?
    is your job normally based from home?
    Are you having to travel some distanct to this new place of work? If so are the 8-2pm hours you have to be on site?
    Is this a short-term change to your working arrangements?
    What does it state in your contract about working hours?
