Once I have been given notice to resign can I start looking fro jobs without takuing it as part of my holiday? Company has given me notice so surely I should be given time off to look for another job without taking time off as holiday?

FD told me to hand in resignation. Been using up hloiday to go to interviews. He knows I have been looking as I told him several times not happy there. Been there 10 months so i am on 4 weeks notice. Now I am on notice I should be able to go for interviews without taking it as part of my holiday
