I am a disabled veteran and in 2018 I was hired by a government contractor and ability one company called Global connections to employment. This government contractor was on a $750 million no-bid contract. To get right to the point they are completely fraudulent along with source America I’m sure your own Google searches can review this. I was harassed, discriminated, and told I cannot clock in anymore (I have a video) and when I tried to get Help from SourceAmerica, Who is supposed to be the overseer for ability one companies I started to discover how fraudulent global connections to employment and their parent company, Lakeview Baptist healthcare really are. You will find all the evidence online they have a long history of abuse towards veterans and other disabled employees and were in fact in court defending themselves against another veteran when I was hired.
I hired an attorney and I have been all over the Internet for announcing how crooked this company is. They have lost all of the contracts and told her employees to find another job by June this year as well as there is a federal investigator assigned to look into them and my case. I hired the attorney that beaten years ago when they were in court but I’m not getting a lot of answers. It is been almost 3 years since this happened it was removed to federal court in March last year and I have some questions. Their headquarters is in Florida but I was working in California.
What is the general process after you take a company to federal district court for wrongful termination?
Is there some reason to wait until after the deposition because it will be a lot more money than them settling out of court?
What happens if a company dissolves before it meets it’s court ordered obligations?
