    Thank you for all your helpful advice, I shall update this thread on Monday and hopefully a conclusion come the 28th.

      So, it's the 28th of Feb and I've still not been paid even after a COT3 agreement.

      I shall wait until the morning and initiate the fast track.
      There is a chance he will pay up at 23:59pm as he is very petty.

        I know the last post above is almost 12 month old but if the OP is still on this site may I ask, did you get payment?

          Hi, yes a day later than legally agreed, obviously just to "be in control" somehow.
