Hi all. Long story short but a co worker (same sex) less experience has been put on a higher paid contract same hours. My employer has agreed to increase my contract but is saying I wont get any back pay. Am I legally entitled to back pay if i was put on an incorrect contract. Also the contracts we get are not negotiated they are just set paid contracts for my particular role. Thanks

There is no legal entitlement for you being paid back pay that I am aware of.
