    Sorry to hear you are having a difficult time. I am thinking that maybe what you should do is speak to your HR department rather than responding to the siutation by raising a grievance at this stage.

    In approaching HR you may be able to better to discuss how you feel you are being treated by your manager and initiate a discussion about redeployment into a role you can point out you have worked in before.

      Thanks for the kind words and support, ULA.

      I will liaise with HR in any case to note my concerns. Presumably via email is best given the impending formal disciplinary action?
