    IR35 contractor rules

    We have a contractor who is conducting reviews within the organisation I work for and I wanted to know if this was within the IR35 rules?

      Your starting point is you can use the link below, don't think there's enough information to determine at all particularly if the contractor is under a managed services company then he/she may fall outside of IR35 rules.

      Check employment status for tax - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
