    P45 while on unpaid leave

    Im currently on unpaid lifestyle leave (agreed with employer and an it’s employee entitlement at this company). Three weeks into the period of leave, My employee benefits stopped, I have been withdrawn from my pension scheme and I received my P45 with no warning - Is this right for a period of leave?

    Sorry just need to ask some questions before being able to provide a response:

    1. When you say you are on unpaid lifestyle leave has this been agreed in advance with your employer and confirmed in writing?
    2. Were there agreed dates for this leave to start and commence?
    3. Is there any agreed process for keeping in touch whilst on this leave?
    4. How long have you been employed at the company?
