    Hi NOTAREALNAME

How long have you worked for the company?

Just aside, lots of people in the financial sector will find themselves in debt over the last 18 months due to the pandemic situation, so there must be some sort of guidance from the FCA.

ULA Could you please take a look.

I think the first thing is that you need to wait for the outcome of your grievance meeting and see if they accept any of what you have raised with them.

You should be given the right of appeal which I would suggest that you need to do given my following thoughts on a constructive dismissal claim.

To bring a constructive dismissal claim the onus will be on you to prove that your employer has committed a serious breach of contract, leaving you with no option but to resign in response to the employer's conduct. Resigning is a big step and you need to be sure you can present a solid claim if you are going to pursue this via an Employment Tribunal. Please also be aware that there is a major backlog in the Tribunal system so unless your employer agrees to settle during Early Conciliation (the step before making a Tribuanl claim) you may not see any outcome until late 2022.

I am suggesting that you complete the internal grievance procedure as an employment tribunal will usually expect that you have tried to resolve the complaint first through the internal grievance procedure before resigning.
