Hi is there a stated case of a claimant starting the ET1 online, pressed saved and got a reference number but then didn’t submit it for multiple reasons (which are all documented ) and then at a later stage the claimant tried to successfully resurrect the ET1 claim / reference for a hearing? Thanks

Sorry I think you will need to provide more details before we can help you. Some of the information I will need is:

You state that the ET1 was started and as it was done online a reference number would have been provided on the basis that the person can save the claim and return to it at any time before submitting it. However it would appear from what you have said the person never actually "pressed the Submit button" - is that correct?

Has the claimant managed to get the Tribunal to accept and ET1 claim now?

Is the claim potentially out of time due to the delay in submitting the ET!?

What is the hearing you are refering to?
