  • Holidays 0 hours contract.

I left my job a few weeks ago and my company I think has underpaid my holidays by 140 pounds. I have complaint to ACAS but I think they will no agree in mediation making going to go to court just for that little money.
can someone help to calculate my holidays. My average earning for the last 52 weeks is 205 pounds, my last day at work was 31/7. ( holidays are from 1/4 to 31/3).

they calculate my holidays for 4 months at 230 pounds. ( one year holiday will be 690, less that I earn in a month), I am entlited to 28 days because I work bank holidays, Many thanks

    Good Morning.

I would recommend writing a letter to your employer stating that you have been underpaid for proof just in case a tribunal is needed. Also, I would definitely speak to your trade union as pay in lieu of holiday is a legal requirement even on a zero hour contract.

The gov website is most likely going to be your best bet at working the owed holiday pay out. Your entitlement is calculated based on the number of hours you have work:

    Hope this helps.

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.
