    Hi, I work as a sales advisor...I have recently been transfer to another store which has major rat problem...contractually can my manager make me dispose of dead rats and there drippings?

    could I get the sack or a disciplinary for refusing ?

    Besides all the health and safety aspects that this involves

        use to chase rats some got away, then called Rentakill under contract very little use they were, then the big company took over and brought their own Rats (Managers in) and got rid of us managers, since when the big company went under due to the organisation rats who took over in the name of profit,.. I hear developers want to build flats etc on that site, well the water rats will always be there.

        It is a companies responsibility to get professionals in to exterminate most and lay traps.
