Firstly you need to write to the respondent and ask them for a deadline as to when they will be in a position to disclose the documents as directed by the Tribunal. If you do not get a satisfactoy response then you will need to make an application to the Tribunal for an Order for disclosure, ensuring that you make them aware of your exchange with the respondent. If you have to make this application then remember to copy the respondent into your correspondence with the Tribunal.

isnt court already ordered for document disclosure in their letter?
Why should I spend my time follow up with respondent and then court? Specially when I am not even represented.
Can court not rule in my favor as they didn't follow court directions? Default judgement.

Unfortunately as a litigatant in person you are not treated any differently than if you were to be represented.
If you want to try and get any ruling in your favour then you need to be able to demonstrate that you have attempted to contact the other side in regard to their compliance with the Order. You do not say how many days it is since document disclosure was due, by contacting the respondent they may provide a date when they are able to send you the documents that may be acceptable.

If you do not get a response (hopefully you put a deadling in your email to the responden) then you need to make application to the Tribunal for an Order to be made to the respondent to disclose the documents. This needs to be done formally and in the correct format setting out the documents that are required to be disclosed, the reasons why they are needed, the fact that they have not been provided in the timescale as directed by the Tribunal and the fact that you have requested (giving date of the correspondence) these from the respondent who has not provided what is required.If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com
