  • Untenable situation

My story is long so I’ll summarise . In February 2020 I recieved a written warning for a message I put on Facebook . He kept me on the company but since then has made my life hell . Accusations of fraud , slander, causing a family rift , upsetting clients , facility managers and colleagues . Each time I’ve asked for written statements and he has never produced anything . Recently he gave me a bad reference (on audio ) which lost me a house . He’s also said he will not give me another reference . My health has suffered badly , I’m on medication for stress and anxiety and have been for a year now . There has been no proof of any of the above . I’ve now had another written warning for leaving site early which I can prove are wrong . Everything I do he finds something to accuse me of . So I need to know if I have a case for unfair constructive dismissal ?

How long have you been employed at the company.
Is the "he" you refer to the owner of the business?
