Hi. Really need some advice here. I’ll try and keep it simple but I feel sick about this!
I work in a sales roll where we have monthly and quarterly targets. I have been invited to a disciplinary meeting due to my performance in the last quarter. Jan - March. I was signed off work for all of Feb by my doctor and was then advised, by my manager to do a phased return to work during March.
I have now been told that my performance was bit good enough vs target but have been targeted for 57 days worked, when in fact I only did 33!
is this fair???
Might be worth adding that I am employed as a face to face sales exec but due to covid, have been working virtually for nearly 12 months now!! All via zoom etc
