Job role being made redundant and poor redundancy offer

Hi
im being made redundant ( well my job role is)
move worked for this company for 15years .

the offer they have made for redundancy is statutory plus 3 months pay.

alternative job can be applied for but less mk eh .

I want to take the redundancy but not happy with the offer .

best ways to negotiate more please

They have made an offer more than the statutory so I doubt if you will persuade them to increase that.
