    Libel

    I have been repeatedly libelled on the internet but can see that it is an expensive process. I have read on your threads that one can bring a libel case in the small claims court 'if both parties are agreeable.' I imagine that would never be the case and I am wondering if there are any other options available. Has anyone had experience of this, please?

    Depending on the circumstances you may be able report it to the police as harassment and/or apply to the County Court for an injunction to prevent it continuing.
