Hiya, I was dismissed by the owner of the company I was working for based on alleged poor performance. She I claiming that I received a bad supervision last month and that is her basis on sacking me. This is not true as my supervision was very positive. She sent me the one weeks notice dismissal the day after she found out I was pregnant. I have in writing she knew I was pregnant but she is claiming my dismissal is only based on my performance. I never received a copy of my supervision. This is now at the conciliation stage and I was just wondering if there’s anything I can do to prove my supervision was positive. She’s a very twisted woman and I’m worried she’s going to edit the supervision to work in her favour but if I don’t have a copy is there any way to prove this? Or any other advice on the situation would be great.
