    You must know me very well to know what i am well aware of, and you must also work at my works to know what a fire warden does here? No, didnt think so! Just because you are well aware of something doesnt mean everyone is. Just because the fire warden in your works does things a certain way doesnt mean all fire wardens do things that way, it all depends what the employer tells them they have to do. Our fire wardens have been told to clear the floor they are on then leave the building, So the 'floor idea' is a reality!!!!!!!!!!!

    If they tell people one thing but expect something different then the fault lies with employer. So dont tell me what i know because you have no idea.
