Is this company stable/healthy?

Hello,

My partner has just been offered a job at a new company. She is excited but I have concerns over how stable the new company is and wondered if there is someone here who could review the info attached and provide an opinion?

With more job losses expected as a result of the impact on businesses because of the pandemic, I am naturally very cautious about her leaving her current role (with 5 years employment) to join a small company who, from looking at their accounts, appear to have large liabilities, little assets, and only a small amount of cash in the bank.

This is difficult because I don't want to be unduly negative at what is an exciting opportunity for her but from my very limited interpretation of this companies accounts, I see several red flags here.

I have hidden the identity of the company but have attached their full company accounts as screenshots.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Firstly are the screenshots you have posted from accounts that are public record?

Secondly we are a legal advice forum and although I can provide insight into a set of accounts you may find better support from a specific accounting discussion forum. I am by nature cautious. Particularly in these uncertain times, I wouldn't leave a secure job. If it is to pursue a long held dream, perhaps. The grass may seem to be greener....
I appreciate it will be flattering to be offered a job. I understand your dilemma.
My experience has taught me most problems in life come from people thinking they know what's best for other people.
All you can really do is support her. Just my perspective. Nothing legal, merely personal thoughts.

I have some experience with accounts so have taken a look. I fully understand your concerns. The figures get worse, before any pandemic.
Don't say, but unless they are in a market likely to grow for some reason it a seems very precarious. If the worst happens in her present job there would be some redundancy.
