    I will be made redundant soon by my employer, as the sole IT person for a company do I legally have to provide information about the systems etc to my employer before leaving or is that their problem? Thank you...

    Are you handing over to anyone?

      Hi yes have a documented it and from memory, I am not handing over to anyone that I know of....

        I think you have a duty to answer any questions that are put to you during your employment, but that duty does not extend to thinking the questions up.

            What I think EFPOM means is that you answer any questions asked only and do not suggest or help them with things that may have been missed.

            Remember at any documents and routines that you have created whilst in their employ is their property so do not delete them.
