  • Without Prejudice Resignation Letter

    Hi,

I am looking for some assistance with regard to draughting a letter to my employer to offer my resignation, as a solution to disciplinary proceedings.

I have been suspended on accusations of gross misconduct, which where not intentional on my part.
The issue was dealt with informally in the first instance and rectified, but has since been formalised.

Since being suspended i have searched for a new job and received an offer, and would like to have a clean break with my employer.

    Can anyone please assist?

I guess having found another job you are looking to resign and hope that the company will not proceed with the disciplinary action?

Is your new job subject to satisfctory references or have you made your new employer aware of the reason why you are leaving your current employer?

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.
