Employee Liability Insurance Requirements for film-makers

Hi - I am the sole director and 50% shareholder of a film-making company with no employees. This is a new venture for me. I wish to recruit some actors for a micro-budget film, on a 'no fee' contract for two days i.e. just in return for their name in the credits. Do I need employee liability insurance for those two days or are their exemptions, as I have no employees and they are, in effect, contractors/freelancers? Thanks.
