    Change of terms and conditions

    Can my employer make me agree to a change to employment terms and conditions by barring employees from applying in the future for a different job within the organisation unless they agree now to the changes?

    Hi, I am sorry but to be able to help I will need a little more detail as to what changes to your terms and conditions you are being asked to agree to and how have you been made aware that you will not be able to apply for other jobs in the future.
