    Furloughed but someone else was hired to do my job

    I was placed on furlough in April and in May someone else was hired to carry out my duties. I was not informed. Is this legal? Thanks

      No, nothing but before i was placed on furlough i had filed a complaint about my line manager

        So at the moment you are on furlough receiving 80% wages?
