I just wanted to know if i have any legal come back with regards to equal pay. I am in a position where I do the exact same role as two others, except they have company cars and i have never been given one. One is a male, one is a female, I am a female.. It has never felt fair, yet any time it has been brought up, I have been fobbed off by saying its not in the budget, you'll get one when the new budget happens etc. I have nothing in writing to say this, but have managers who can vouch for this conversation. The new financial year comes, along with the new budget and still no car, Which is over two months post when i was supposed to be having it. Do i have any rights under equal pay to get a company car, or compensation?*
